My hope for this book is that it spreads awareness that different is not less... Special need individuals are some of the most loving, caring, humorous, beautiful people you may ever encounter in a lifetime. The character Matty in this book is a 16 year old boy with Autism with whom I've worked with for a little over 4 years. He is a beautiful soul with limited comprehension and understanding and faces many obstacles but as this book illustrates he is capable of and indeed does live a full, rich life with God's blessings and has a multitude of people in his life that he inspires by simply being 'Matty.' So please dive in and enjoy a day in the life of this 'different' but certainly not 'less' Superhero
