Fifth edition now released under new title

Please note that the fifth edition of this book was just released as:Multiple Sclerosis; The Guide to Treatment and Managementso be sure to order that one instead of this one. The treatments available have changed since 1996. This is an excellent quick guide to the current treatments available -- should be given to every newly-diagnosed MS patient.

A must read for the newly diagnosed

If your are only going to buy one book on MS it should be this one. It gives a good overview of the disease. It also reviews various treatments(from betaseron to primrose oil) and offers recommendations. The only down side is that it is a 96 edition, but suprisingly the info seems ahead of its publication date. I just wish they would come out with new edition soon!
