The objective of this work was to generate theoretical constructs associated with the teaching process of university mathematics in the field of Rural Education with the implementation of ICT, in the Administration career of the Santa B rbara Program. Methodologically, it was considered a research with a qualitative approach under the interpretive paradigm due to its methodological plurality through the use of the phenomenological method; In the same way, five (05) students and five (05) teachers of the UNELLEZ Program Administration - Santa B rbara career were taken as key informants to whom a semi-structured interview was applied.
