Living in an era where humanism and nihilism seem to define every aspect of human endeavor including religion and spirituality, Moreno has undertaken the difficult task of explaining the great Christian concept of God in a unique, but orthodox, way to those individuals who find difficulties with the traditional concepts of God. To Moreno, God is known to man through nature (creation) which includes the very nature of man himself, and through inspiration. It is in inspiration where the Theognosis has found fruition. Not the inspiration by heavenly hosts, but the inspiration of simple contemplation upon the Great Christian concept of God.
