Their Worm Does Not Die

By Gary Wentz

What happens to the wicked in the second death? Most Christians choose between eternal conscious torment, annihilation, or universal reconciliation - but what if all three miss something the text is actually saying?

Their Worm Does Not Die proposes a fourth position: Eternal Mortal Life (EML) and Second Death Mercy (SDM). Drawing from the Hebrew and Greek text, this book makes the case that the Lake of Fire is not the end of existence - and may not be endless torment - but a sovereign, undeclared tenure of conscious life. The mercy is this: those in it are not necessarily there forever. Repentance remains possible. Reprieve remains in God's hands.

This is not speculation. It is exegesis.

For serious students of Scripture who refuse to let tradition do their theology for them.
