Keep it Simple

Thank you, Raven Walker for a usable operator's guide to the human brain. If you think you need "brain science" to maximize your mental processes you might indeed look elsewhere. I've found that honesty in perception and in following through with simple intention to be the way to get into the saddle of the beast; complexity is more fascination than help. RW's honesty and directness in self-observation has resulted in an uncommon tool for self-mastery. The textbook is you. I find special value in his standing independent of spiritualism, yet consistent with it.
