Biblical, Christian view of conflict and resolution involving repentance, confession and forgiveness

I do not see where this book says conflict is "sinful", like the previous reviewer wrote. They maybe misunderstood or read incorrectly?? This is what it says:
Excerpt: "Many people think that all conflict is bad. Often they will try to escape or attack at the first sign of a conflict. Actually conflict provides an opportunity for us to do what is right and please God (not ourselves) by responding in the ways that the Bible teaches. You are going to learn in this course how to handle relationship problems more constructively instead of falling off the slippery slope into bad ways of responding to conflict..."
"The most important skills of a peacemaker are repentance, confession, and forgiveness."
Great, Christian biblical book to help parents, teachers, students, children, everyone, learn to resolve conflict Jesus' way. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God"
Disappointment all around
Published by HSMom4Christ , 6 years ago
The description says it included a CD. I know it was used, but it said it would include the CD. One disappointment. I'm not all the way through but another disappointment was that it puts conflict as a negative and "you are sinful" if you come into conflict. What happened to growing in understanding of self and that God allows conflict to help us grow deeper, not necessarily that we are bad? What about intentionally coming in conflict with someone in defense of the faith?
