Sisters stick together!

What starts as a simple swap of lives for a week so that Tasha and her husband can get a vacation and chance to reconnect while her sister Alice and Kyle spend some quality time with their nieces sure turns in a big mess of secrets and murder that needs to be untangled before someone else ends up dead. It was a very good hook and kept me interested the whole time of why Alice and Kyle were attacked and if it has anything to do with Alice's and Tasha's kidnapped baby sister. There are lots of suspects, dark motives, and plenty of red herrings to keep me guessing who the murderer is! You get the story mostly through Tasha's, Alice's and Jeanette's viewpoints and each person adds depth to the story as it jumps back to when Holly is kidnapped and present day in trying to figure out why Kyle was killed and who sent the ominous note. I thought the ending bombshell was really good and provided a nice foil to compare with what happened to Holly and if sister bonds are strong enough to get through anything together. A very good question and made me think what would I do for my sister. A good thrilling read, even if there was one section never really answered. and too bad there wasn't more about Tasha and Aaron's trip to Venice which had nicely suspenseful bits too. But I enjoyed this a lot and sped right through it to get to the dark truth in this family of sisters!
