Sherman's unsympathetic reaction leads Riley to doubt his dedication to her which fractures their marriage. When her world collapses, Riley turns to the least likely person for consolation ― Coral's husband Fitz, the drop-dead-gorgeous and sexy as hell womanizer who has every intention of getting Riley into his bed. Fitz's overly flirtatious ways and Riley's vulnerability thrust her into the front seat of a lustful, sensual, and thrilling sexual rollercoaster. Learning new techniques in the sexual realm, she does not want this ride to end and tries to justify her unusual behavior. When Riley decides what and who is important to her, she makes choices that will affect her life moving forward. But there is one more reason for her to panic ― her mother's diary ― and she reads it.
