The book is a fresh take on the Slavic mythology and a work of fiction, so it is mostly not correct historically. However, it is packed with action and gods and monsters you may have never heard of before.

Warning

This book contains dark humour, angst, angry deities and monsters, teleportation, time-travel, superpowers, jump scares, catastrophes, slaying in the rain... Go back, there was no rain. But there definitely was blood. Lots of blood.

Anyway, the book concludes with a highly satisfying cliff-hanger, but it's quite expected since the second book is coming soon.
