Best resume book I have read

This book helped me transform my resume from from an insipid document that looked like it had been prepared from a template to an effective document in which my accomplishments and abilities stand out and get attention. The resume grading system developed by the author is very helpful in illustrating the strengths and weaknesses of resumes.
