I received one book of my order for the Time-Life Library of Art book, but it arrived without the slipcase shown in the listing photos. As a collector, the slipcase is an essential part of this series for both protection and display. I do not wish to return the book itself, but I would like you to send the missing slipcase that is shown when ordering the book or provide a partial refund so I can source one elsewhere. When ordering the book the slipcase is shown it doesn’t say that it doesn’t come with it. Why is the slipcase missing?
