The World Cup

A famous football player suffers a serious car accident and is kept alive in a medically-induced coma. His agents then decide to take him off the hospital for a private ICU and replace him with a double, a poor and unknown longshoreman called Davor Kovacevic, to keep contracts to the World Cup. At the same time, a group interested in manipulating results discovers the plot and decides to use it for their own benefit, putting in Davor s way professionals in order to drive him in the direction of their purposes: a coach and an actress. They do their job and engage Davor, without him being aware of it. But Davor, without knowing it, will have his own influence on the course of events.
