I wrote this book to help children understand that autism is just one part of who a person is. Through the story of a little girl with autism, readers will see that while autistic children may play or interact differently, they still experience joy, friendship, and imagination just like everyone else. My hope is that this story encourages neurotypical children to embrace neurodivergent classmates with kindness, understanding, and acceptance, recognizing that different never means less.
