Intriguing from the beginning!

I was drawn into the story from the beginning. It goes from past, Italy 1943 ---war to present and I was immediately curious about where the story was going and how to identify the characters. As I read, the past story really builds and I was anxious to see what would happen to Zara. I thought I had the present day characters matched with the past characters...all I can say is read it!! It's good
