Nice Devotional Based on the Sermon on the Mount

The Word among us This thin hardback is a devotional on the Sermon on the Mount. One the left page is the biblical text; on the facing page is Dr Pennington's medications, prayers and inspiring thoughts. The book is divided into 3 sections: 1. Incarnate Word; 2. Living Words & 3. A lovely contemporary Psalm. This collection can be used in personal medication or in group study and discussion. Charles Pennington was profession of Preaching and Teaching at the Lliff School of Theology, Denver, CO. For 17 years he was minister of the Hennepin Ave. United Methodist Church, Minneapolis, MN, and prior to that was a U.S. Navy Chaplain and minister to various churches in New Jersey and New York.
