Aldric Fumblewick has been a licensed wizard for eleven days. In that time, he's accomplished exactly one thing: breaking up with his girlfriend.
He called Scorla "too intense." He mentioned the sock hoarding. He delivered his rehearsed speech at their favorite tavern, where the fireplace erupted, the candle melted into a puddle of waxy surrender, and the decorative hunting tapestry burst into flames.
Aldric assumed she was upset.

Armed with three Class II spells, a meticulous knight escort who has never met a form she didn't love, and a cat whose five spoken sentences across the entire adventure are each individually more useful than anything Aldric contributes, he'll need to save a sentient dungeon, stop a con artist, and figure out what to do about the dragon ex-girlfriend who followed him underground - because dragons, it turns out, don't do breakups.
