"The Nine Lives of Catseye Gomez" was the first book of Simon Hawke that I read, and I was so amazed by the storyline and the writing that I went to every used bookstore I could find to try and get my hands on the entire series. "The Wizard of Whitechapel" is the second book in the series, following "The Wizard of 4th Street," and it is well worth your time if you enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, and/or creativeness. It had more of a horror twist in it that its predecessor, but it was just as good. In a conclusion which I'm sure is not necessary, get this book and all the others in the series, as well as some of his other works. You (probably) won't regret it.
