Daniel Hunter is a sixty-eight year old retired sheriff from the town of Bow, New Hampshire. He has been looking forward to enjoying his time off until he learns of two unsolved cases. Children in the town of Hooksett, New Hampshire have been dying. No apparent cause of death can be found. The detectives assigned to investigate the case were unable to find any evidence of foul play.
