My 1971 Edition--Loved to Death Replacement

Wonderful compendium of simple language to explain a vast array of cooking, kitchen and dining knowledge. Yes last iteration is "ancient" but wise. Wanted one to replace my book of 40 years. It is 1328 pages (includes index.) Sometimes the index is "off" but it is alphabetically arranged... so easily figured out. It is concise, bl & wh drawings to illustrate.
