Jesus in your daily life

This is an easy-to-read book, yet it will give you ideas to chew on for days. Many books explain the "why" of intimacy with God, but rarely the "how". This one gives lots of practical examples. The author quotes Mike Bickle, Carol Arnott, Bill Johnson, and Watchman Nee among others, but the knowledge put forth is one gained from her own personal encounter with Jesus. This is a short book considering the price, but it's worth it, as no other book I've seen covers how achievable it is to interact with Jesus on a moment by moment basis. It changes how you view the daily Christian walk. It gives hope.

Brenda shares from her experiences & not from "teaching" and her experiences bring revelation because she walks what she is talking/writing about. Highly recommended for any heart desiring to come closer to Jesus

Sequel Please!

Some authors write nice books on their theories. Some authors write nice books on their doctrines. Brenda is clearly writing her book on experiential knowledge. The more I read, the hungrier I got to get to know my Wild Romancer more than ever! Brenda ~ we want a sequel!

It reads like the best steak in town

Read this book slowly. Digest each word as if it were the best steak you had ever eaten. There are so many inspiring and powerful nuggets packed into the thoughts revealed in this book. Treat it like a divine devotional and ask Jesus to reveal himself to you in your daily life. Use this book as a handbook to experiencing Jesus in ways you could not imagine existing this side of heaven. The Christian life is re-defined in each chapter of this book. Join with others in a new life of glorious adventures with a real "up close and personal God".

For women seeking Jesus

I've read Brenda's book twice. The first time I read it with a thirst for more of Jesus and found that Brenda experiences Jesus in ways I didn't realize were possible. Her book showed me how to really be with Jesus, see his face and feel his presence. The second time I longed for even more and thought what a great retreat book this would be.
