Then there is Scooter, who has a passion to work with chemicals and is Hannibal's lifelong friend. T. J. Columbo appears on the scene as a police officer and Hannibal's uncle. Margret Mason is Rex Tarillo's girlfriend, who goes on a crime spree with Rex and helps him rob and shrink people with Rex's chemicals, putting terror in Davenport, Iowa. The West Side Kids team up with Hannibal's uncle Columbo to try to stop and catch the small fry.
