Like many of his peers in Generation Y, Manfred is extremely disillusioned with life. Despite paying his dues by studying hard and graduating with an honors chemistry degree, Manfred is stuck working an unsatisfying minimum wage job at a bowling alley in the ghetto. One day he quits his dead-end job in frustration and goes on welfare. His social status plummets as a result with both his friends and family ditching him like a convicted murderer. Manfred then goes on a mission to bring respectability to a life on welfare by joining forces with his fellow welfare recipients.
