In this second book of self published poetry, the chronology begins in the mid 1990s and goes through to the present. An orthodox Jew and Baal Teshuva (returnee to observance), I have experienced life and personally been formed, bent and shaped in various and often contrasting circumstances and diverging relationships. Tension, strain and struggle compared with the relief of community, faith and religious observance seems to have produced a fertile landscape from which this poetry derives its inspiration. Many of these poems are extremely personal both in a simple historical context and a more vertical 'spiritual' context. Some are not. All of them are for me perception and sentiment which wanted language.
