Great tool for learning Visual Basic 6!

Personally I learned more from this book than I did from my course at college. The steps to complete a project are all well laid out and easy to follow. By following the examples in the book you will learn more about Visual Basic than most other books. It is an indispensible refrence for VB6 programmers who will find it usefull after they have read it. The chapters are self-contained so you do not have to read one chapter after another in a specific order. This book is great for all levels of Visual Basic programmers. Buy the book and learn from it!

You won't get How-To's like this from anywhere else!

This book is amazing. I got the VB4 edition and I was still using it. The VB6 edition has many good changes. You won't be sorry if you get this book.

Perfect Book for Client/Server in Visual Basic

This book is perfect if you don't have experienced in Client/Server application in Visual Basic. This gives you better understanding how to write a code from startup to the end .This gives you step by step how to code a program in client server. I hoped the WAITE GROUP could publish a Visual C++ coz I wanna learn C in a Near Future

I will be a software engineer after a few months. This book is really great. I've learned Database Programming with VB6 with this book. (I had developed some db applications with Delphi 3.0 before, I saw my wrongs with this book. ) Esp. Chapter 12 ,ActiveX and Automation, was great. if you want to use Visual Basic 6 to develop a database application, I really suggest this book.
