Good book

Its a good and well written book. This was my first book which I used to delve into programming. Found it very useful. Cannot be really used as reference, but its good to clear your concepts of OOP.

Great beginning book

LeFore's book is a great book for beginning programmers. I have taught C/C++ at our local community college and have often recommended this book to students and friends. It is well written and not overly complex. It has clear explanations of constructs and good examples. Kudos to the author. All beginning books should be so easy to understand.

Easily the best programming book I've ever used.

Lafore has a real ability for clearly explaining the quirks and intricacies of the C language. All the basics are covered well here, and Lafore has an uncanny knack to know when you're about to be confused and set you straight. This is probably the only programming book I've ever, literally, worn out.

The very best book in programming Turbo C++

This is the best book in programming with Turbo C++ . This book learns C++ from the begining and takes you to a high scales. It also contains a chapter for programming Turbo C++ graphics functions and also a chapter for programming graphics using direct access methods with full explanation and working examples. I advise you not to look for other books and buy this book at this moment.

Great text book for beginners and intermidiate programmers

Great book for someone who is starting to learn C. It is very easy to understand, full of examples and very well organized information. This is one of the few books that cover the creation of graphics and the usage of text mode. I have been using this book for first time programmers at University Level.
