Renowned songstress, Teresa McMillan, is wrapping up her world tour in Milan, Italy. While sleeping in a hotel, she happens to have a frightening dream about a stranger. In the dream, she takes a ride offered by the stranger's chauffer. Since her friends abandoned her and she's all alone walking the streets at night, she decides to take the ride.

After sitting in the dark for a short time, she immediately regrets her decision. Once she realizes there's someone in the ride with her, she does what she can to get a look at him. When she gets a glimpse of his face, it is a frightening sight. Fearful, she jumps out of the vehicle and starts running. Shortly afterward, the stranger gets out and begins chasing her, eventually cornering her in a dark alley.

Luckily, Teresa awakens from this awful dream by hearing a member of housekeeping entering her hotel room. At the time, she doesn't realize it but from the depths of this hellish nightmare, she has brought the stranger back with her. He has crossed over from her dream into her reality. Now, her waking life will never be the same.
