Another Fast-Paced Read

The third installment in the Bobby McGowan series was another fast-paced thrill ride, although it took a while to get into it - the last third of the book was where all the action took place. Now, the subject matter was wickedly bad and I almost quit reading this because it was so dark. I wanted to just put the book aside and quit reading because the subject matter was so dark and depraved. However, I stuck with it and the last part of the book made it worth the read. I look forward to more in this series, just hopefully, not quite as dark a topic next time.
