AS AN ARTIST I LOVE THE OLD TIME PHOTOS OF THE LADIES!!!! BEAUTIFUL COLOR PLATES

Excellent Reference Guide!

This book is a great reference guide for anyone wanting to learn about the pastimes and life of the victorian lady. The illustrations in this book are absolutely beautiful. Although some parts of this book are hard to read due to being printed on designed paper, if you try to read it, it should not be very difficult. I would also recommend this book to anyone wishing to give a victorian tea, garden, afternoon, or dinner party.

This is a great book to find out about the life andpastimes of the Victorian lady. The drawings are sobeautiful in it. I highly recommend thi to anyone interested in the Victorian era.

A step back in time.

As a "Victorian Lady" at heart, I felt this was a wonderful story of the Victorian Age. I could almost picture myself as the ladies they describe. I loved it! It's a book I'll read over and over again.
