Quaint Cakes

A fabulous reprint of a turn of the century cake bakers guide with recipes and 48 charming illustrations in color, as well as reproductions of Victorian advertisements for baking equipment. It is a charming book and will delight cake bakers, decorators and historians who appreciate original documents. The book is 240 pages 9X11. The author is T. Percy Lewis, chairman of Confectionery Judges, London Exhibition 1903 which probably says it all.
