Vicissitude -Means change of conditions. 65.000 years ago entities inhabitants of the planet Sirius made a decision to abandon their planet They divided themselves in two groups,one group traveled to the Planet Gliese and the other to Planet Earth. They pledged at the time to always investigate the others well being. They were a very advanced civilization, light years beyond the inhabitants of Earth. They were at one time a very warlike people, but advancement in their intelligence allowed them to made a decision of abandoning the system of warfare. They then concentrated all of their efforts to a peaceful existence, eradicating any form of war. The advantage of a no war society afforded them the privilege of advancement in the sciences which also included space travel, and many more coveted achievements. In the year 2011of Earth's calendar those who went to Planet Gliese, after centuries of observing Earth's behavior, and the treatment of their brother's and sister made the decision to invade Earth and set it on a course of a no war society, saving not only mankind but mother Earth. They use the planet Uranus which is burning out of control as an example of what Earth will eventual become if the inhabitants continue to exploit its natural resources for war. Their method of immobilizing Earth was a spectacular show of superior scientific advancement. Extraordinary lessons for the scientific community of Earth
