Lovely Veselka Cookbook

I love getting a book like this -it has warmth and history in it. And, some B&W historical photos that add charm. I have been perusing thru this book for an hour, and have not found anything I "didn't" want to try. I love the tips and stories above the recipes. My daughter taught English in Ukraine for two years (Peace Corps). She loved the people there, especially her students. As soon as I finish typing this, I'm going to order another copy of this book for her. I hope the Ukrainian people will soon have their homes back, and that peace will thrive in their land and homes again.
