They call him the Puppeteer, and his work is far from over.

Aya, a Guardian of Zan, is in Rioo to rid the area of the worst-of-the-worst criminals. Then she catches wind of a gruesome killer and, although on a mission of her own, accepts the call for help.

Unaware of the consequences her involvement will bring upon the Local Police Force, she trades one part of Rioo's vast water world for another to assist the investigation, intending to bring whoever is responsible to justice, dead or alive.

Both Rios and Helix, hesitant about the arrival of the newest member of their team, quickly come to accept the superior resources that come with assistance from a Guardian.

All three investigators, however, soon find themselves caught in a nightmare that neither of them had expected, one that even Aya's technology and bountiful resources might struggle to solve.
