Denarrow B. Ace comes from the rural mountains to the big city of Midcity in search of purpose in life. To begin this ambiguous yet ambitious journey, he settles in an apartment and makes himself familiar with the city. To make a living, Ace looks to enter the bustling workforce of the city but unfortunately he has no prior work history or skills to get any conventional jobs. He then learns of and enters a fighting tournament where potential money can be made. The problem is he doesn't have the superpowers to match the upcoming competition. Thus he'll have to combine his skill and experience of martial prowess with luck to get past foes equal to that of natural disasters.
