The Universe: Life Governance Law

The purpose of this book is to verify that there is intelligent life throughout the Universe. To do this I have included a collection of photos and images to make it as interesting as possible. Photos also provide a better understanding overall. There is a Universal Law, which is easy to follow. Most intelligent races live in peace and harmony, but on Earth conflict is observed constantly. I have read many books on Astronomy and recently I came across a book from Astronomer Sir Patrick Moore. He wrote about his cat: "Cats really are nicer than People". I believe this is a positive step for Scientists to include their personal life-style. Astronomers are Scientists who provide evidence with their findings and research results. They also provide theories, ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained. From my experience I can assure, my research results are enormous and offer facts about the shifting Universe and habitable planets. The majority of Scientists are interested in habitable planets with intelligent life: the question is whether this would lead more or less to the discipline of psychology. Various approaches to intelligence have been implemented. The psychometric approach is especially familiar to the general public, as well as being the most researched and by far the most widely used in practical settings. This is a great opportunity to address certain issues concerning Universal peace. Think about planet Earth, the different languages, cultures, religions, politics and the enormous difference between wealth and poverty. In a professional setting, Scientists do not mention their religion or the existence of God. Stephen Hawking is an English theoretical physicist and Director of Research at the University of Cambridge. He raised the question whether God created the Universe. The program he discussed did not provide a definite answer, but the following results: positive + negative = 0. Nature acts on the mass and energy of the Universe.
