The Uncertainty of Time captures numerous subject matters regarding the confused world that we live in. From the innocent days of childhood to an age of love and disappointments. The author strives to convey the natural human feelings that result from growing up. "Once we were young and carefree: Giving no thought to the distant past, the chaotic present, nor the coming future. Now We are faced with the pang and harshness of life. How quickly things changed." Here, we feel the author's hand as a very intrusive force, as he too was faced with the harsh realities of growing awareness and the actions, attitudes over which at times there was no control. Each poem is unique and transcends a different feeling. As each poem speaks, every reader will create values and develop self-awareness. In the end, will we continue to struggle with the reality that time is uncertain, or grasp the fact that faith creates many possibilities?
