This is a great book on managing successful sales teams. Klymshym, clearly is both an experienced sales person and sales manager. This is well written and is laid out in an easy to read and quick reference format. This book covers all of the responsibilities of managing a successful sales team. This includes conducting evaluations and developing rewards and recognition programs to recruiting and training strategies and conducting effective sales meetings which encourage creativity and action. Also, the author covers off planning and preparation as well as the basic skills development that all sales people require. There is a lot of sound and strategic advice throughout this book. Practical, results generating ideas and skills

In using the author's analogy a sales manager can be likened to an orchestra leader. It is the sales manager's job to tap the talent of each member of the sales team, bring the team together harmoniously to play the sweet sounds of success. John Klymshyn's book provides sales managers with clearly identified ideas, techniques and processes contributing to their success. This book is a must for sales managers that have more to do than time allows. Al Kauder President The Optimum Company

The only sales management guide you'll ever need...

John Klymshyn has a knack for getting to the point and giving information that the sales manager can put into action immediately. With so many business related books available, many executives are overwhelmed with a long reading list or stacks of literature that they can't finish. I am always drawn to books that offer clarity and practicality. Klymshyn's methods will satisfy the reader's need for powerful techniques that will stand the test of time. You could read a lot of other sales management books, but why? Sandra Sellani Vice President, Marketing Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Irvine, CA

Real Sales Management Strategies That Will Explode The Potential of Your Sales Force

Warning: This is not the same old sales drivel you've read a thousand times. You'll wear this book out before you sit it down. What I love about this book is the no nonsense, straight forward approach that John Klymshyn takes to clearly demonstrating how to create powerful sales teams. His advice is clear, timely and clearly directly from someone who has a tremendous amount of experience dealing with real sales teams and their issues. This is not a book of theory, it is a book of action. Actions that you can take immediately. It doesn't matter if you have 20 years of experience managing a sales team or if you just got hired, this book will offer you insight, examples and strategies that will make you more confident and profitable while properly empowering your sales team. If you want to do more than make quota, if you want to lead your team to new heights and destroy old records, this is the book for you.
