Good info if you're brand new but nothing specific to Baltimore
Published by A. Reader , 3 years ago
I bought this book hoping to learn more about Baltimore neighborhoods. Instead, it is a general how-to book about selling and buying real estate. (Given that the authors assume the reader has no experience with real estate, it seems weird to start with how to sell your house. Is their target reader people who've inherited homes and don't know how to Google?) Occasionally the authors will namecheck a neighborhood or a county as an example, but, its just window dressing. There is nothing of value about the neighborhoods, projected growth or decline, or even interesting history/trivia tidbits, which is really what I was seeking.
