Best cookbook yet

This is the best cookbook I have ever seen! I have used approximately a dozen recipes from this book, and every one of them produced delicious meals. (Usually there is a mix of good and bad recipes in a cookbook.) The Ultimate Grill Book gives not only yummy recipes, but also ideas about the whole meal. I am a novice cook and griller (at least with gas grill) and did not have the trouble with temperature that the previous reviewer reported. When the recipe said to use "medium coals," I simply set the grill to Medium. For years, I have been searching for a healthy snack that my picky teenage son could grab in the evening, and I found the answer in this cookbook: grilled burritos. I highly recommend this book. I am about to try to find other cookbooks by the same authors, and am looking forward to seeing whether I can use these easy yet delicious recipes with the broiler, after I put my grill away for the winter.
