An excellent cookbook!

I purchased this cookbook after perusing my son in law's copy. I love it! The recipes are easy to follow, and taste wonderful. One gripe that I often have in regards to cookbooks, is the lack of pictures, seeing as how I'm a visual learner. The learner in me is in heaven when I open this cookbook! There is an abundance of photographs of the recipes in addition to clear directions to follow. I needed a good no nonsense chicken cookbook, with recipes that my husband would like. After he was diagnosed with diabetes, and having some concern about our weight, we were encouraged to eat more fish and chicken. The problem was that my husband (a strictly meat and potatoes man) griped whenever I cooked those dishes. An hour later he would state that he was hungry again! Until this cookbook arrived; then the situation changed for the better. I love the creativity and taste of the dishes....he loves that he feels like he's eaten a full meal. The chicken and fish dishes we prepare are up to 5 nights a week, and we've both lost over 15 pounds. If you're looking for chicken recipes that will please just about anyone, look no further than this cookbook. Your money is well spent and you won't be disappointed.
