Liam Faraday, an author of horror stories, is gifted a typewriter by a mysterious old woman after her death. Her last wish is for him to write a romance story with it. Liam takes the typewriter home, where it starts typing messages to him by someone or something while he's asleep or away from home.
At the funeral, Liam meets the old woman's niece, Jennifer, and they slowly hit it off. A secret from the past resurfaces, which could possibly tear them apart.
Will Liam and Jennifer find love? Or will love become just another horror story?
