In September of 1993 Denver Colorado was faced with the latest drug people would crave during the nightlife. It was called Perception. It was highly addictive, extremely dangerous, and had the ability to weaken certain areas of the brain causing a far more effective desire for the drug leaving a manipulative opportunity for the dealers to take advantage. This allowed the ability of mind control to be conducted at a whole new level without alerting the client of any harm done. It did not take long for Perception to sell on the streets. Headman searched Denver for victims, but this time Cobra commander gave orders they were to remain alive. Headman began a life of crime with petty jobs before becoming a true leader. With the help of an old friend Gristle and mind controller Crystal Ball, Perception would help them with their mission. Headman's soldiers known as headhunters worked around the clock to make sure Perception was being sold. Headman is suddenly forced to kidnap civilians so they can work with his men and produce more of Perception due to the high demand.General Hawk is informed by the leader of DEF (Drug Enforcement Force) Major Morris A.K.A. Bullet-Proof that he and his men had taken down five drug sites belonging to Headman and that Cobra commander is using the drug Perception to fulfill an agenda. Hawk forms a team of Joes run by Lt. Falcon and sends them to Denver to locate the final drug site and find out what is really happening there. With the help of Alpine, Blowtorch, Dial Tone, Rock 'N Roll, Footloose, and others their mission would be challenging but not impossible.
