Rich Peggy thinks the police are not doing enough to find her dog and even breaks a few rules to find him.In spite of being a mystery and suspense novel, 'The Twelve o' Clock Man' explodes in laughter, funny in many ways, a reflection of our society, and even challenges the readers to identify with a few characters.
