This matter of our money and the church has been widely debated,
misrepresented, and dogmatized for so long, by people inside as well as outside of
the church. The topic of money and the church, especially tithes and the concept of
giving 10%, has sparked much debate and misunderstanding both inside and
outside religious communities. We have been silenced long enough concerning the
truth that is taught in scriptures regarding the believer and their money. I did not
invent a new doctrine; instead, I carefully examined the Scriptures to clarify what it
says about believers and their finances. My goal is not to dictate how people should
give, but to share my perspective on how many leaders have misused scripture to
serve their own interests and promote a prosperity gospel that is not biblically
supported nor doctrinally sound. This book was written for those who have felt
misled, experienced hurt, and were directly deceived and swindled by our so-called
leaders hiding behind their titles and charisma. My prayer is that your eyes may be
opened to the freedom and love that Christ offers everyone, whether rich or poor
who gives from a pure and sincere heart to the Kingdom of God. Search the
scriptures that you may find the truth, know the truth, and demonstrate the truth, so
help you, God.
