What is the trouble?

Poor May Amelia, growing up with 7 brothers! But the "trouble" started when a con man came to the house, promising "riches" to these poor, little educated people who fell for his lies. Poor May had to translate what the con man was saying, although she only knew English as she was taught in school. When things went south later, as was inevitable, May got the blame.
