In one of these centers we follow researchers who embrace the values of the world constitution: freedom of choice based on loyalty, truth and brotherhood, for the common good. With the crucial help of a symbiotic artificial intelligence, they discover the ability to travel through space-time.
These journeys lead them to encounter beings whose physical communication becomes a guide to global directions. As it moves towards unity of ideas, the World Government must also face a shadowy organization that seeks to stop it.
This second chapter of the "Journey through Space-Time" series fits into the narrative fabric whose conclusion of the epic is found, perhaps, in "From one dimension to another".
