Loved it!

Plan a short vacation from everday life to read this book, because from the first page of "The Trial of Evan Gage" you'll be intent on reading to the very end. It's a wonderful storyline with the feel of "Law & Order", "West Wing" and a Grishim twist, all in one only better! A truly intriguing story and a must read! I throughly enjoyed every word and highly recommend this book!

Look out Tom Clancy!

Being a big fan of Clive Cussler, Tom Clancy and other miilitary thriller authors, I was not expecting the extremely high caliber, and gripping writing by this author. And, having been taken completely in within the first page, I actually got rather irked when I had to put it down! It's not often that I pick up a book and read it within days, but this one was absolutely the best kind of military thriller. Being an Annapolitan as well, it is also gratifying to see the geographical accuracy done with such great finesse. Well done, indeed!

Exciting Read

If you enjoy reading about the military at all or thrillers in general, you will love this book. Its got a gripping and exciting plot, not to mention a ton of research behind it and detail in it.A great read, I'd recommend it to anyone with any story of interest in this genre.

Rip the lid off this one!

To paraphrase, first books are like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're gonna get. Go ahead: Rip the lid off this one! Written in the Stephen Coonts/Joe Weber/Tom Clancy military/thriller style, The Trial of Evan Gage has excellent pace and strong plot, but the characters really make it shine. The dialogue 'sounds' just right; the book's a page-turner, but it cries out for an audiobook version. If you like saying, "I read that before he was discovered," then this belongs in your library. Oh, and it has a lot less calories than chocolates ;-)

The Trial of Evan Gage

Great read! Factually correct - well researched. Suspenseful. Exciting and fast read - a book you don't put down until you're on the last page. This book is a story, but it's so close to being the real thing - it captivates your imagination.Good job - got more?
