The Tree of Life, its fruit and its leaves, is provided by our Father in heaven for life and healing. In Genesis, it was one of the trees of the Garden of Eden that Mr. and Mrs. Adam were permitted to eat from, before their fall, by eating from a restricted tree. In the book of Proverbs, the Tree of Life is defined through the "wisdom" God gave Solomon. And lastly, the Tree of Life is cited in the book of Revelation, as located in the City; and in the text of the book of Revelation, we also learn that the leaves of the Tree of Life are also for the healing of the nations.
