But More Than All Else, The Division Of Labor Is Discussed In Terms Of Judges That Refuse To Allow A President To Have The Flexibility Or Lattitude To Perform His Elected Duty. Judges, Are Not Elected; Nor Are They Apart Of The Presidential Succession.
