This thesis analyzes the influence of WAEMU law on Senegalese administrative contract law. It highlights the way in which Community integration has gradually transformed national rules, particularly in terms of the award, execution and control of public contracts. The study shows that Community directives and regulations have strengthened requirements for transparency, competition and equal treatment, thereby limiting certain traditional prerogatives of public authorities. However, this influence is not confined to technical harmonization: it is part of a recomposition of the legal foundations of the administrative contract in Senegal. The dissertation thus demonstrates that Community law is now a structuring source of Senegalese administrative law.
